Snow Banks at The Banks

Every weekend (Fri-Sun) thru Jan 26, 2020

Freedom Way / The Banks

Every weekend in January, Snow Banks at The Banks will turn Freedom Way into a winter wonderland with Academy-Award winning snow effects, rides, food, drinks and more. The new project is led by special effects expert Dieter Sturm, and sustained by block ice being processed into (almost) real snow.

Friday nights will see live blizzards each half hour as guests enjoy fire-pit seating, drinks and sing-alongs hosted by Cincinnati radio stations.

Saturdays and Sundays feature a 50-foot snow tube ramp at the SkyStar Wheel Snow Park and sledding on Joe Nuxhall Way. You can build your own Frosty at the Snowman Making Village at Great American Ballpark (bring your own magic hat).

All weekend, the event offers signature cocktails and beer, s'mores, and live music as the nearby bars and restaurants convert to cozy "snow lodges."

Hours: Fridays 5 - 9 p.m., Saturdays 12 - 8 p.m and Sundays 12 - 6 p.m.

Admission to winter attractions is $5. Read info at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/snow-banks-at-the-banks-tickets-85574117489. Bring your printed ticket to exchange for a wristband.
