During the Summer months in 2005 and 2006, the Children's Learning Center hosted a series of art programs. The DRC was the sponsor of the program, and we not only supplied the funds, but also the volunteers. We plan to support the program again in 2007. Since our partnership with the Library, the lives of over 1000 children have benefited.
UPDATE: November 2006: The DRC presents the Children's Department of the Library with a grant of $1,250 for youth arts initiatives. Summer 2007 program to be announced in April/May 2007.
