Conrad Thiede, immediate past president, introduced new and returning Board Members.
Andy Chirch called his first meeting to order as DRC President at 6pm. This was followed by introductions of those in attendance.

Cincinnati Public Schools Rothenberg Preparatory Academy Project: Michael Burson, Robin Brandon (Project Coordinator), and Dan Shapiro (GBBN Architects)
The renovation of Rothenberg School has been funded and will proceed
There will be an increase in the student capacity
A comprehensive overall view of current renovation plans was presented. Included were a new gymnasium, playground expansion and additional parking.
Completion date is expected to be the 2011-2012 school year
